Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Hally signs off on every Lakū order personally — and on every guarantee.

If your skin doesn't love it within 30 days, we make it right. Email info@lakucosmetics.com with your order number and a sentence about what isn't working. We'll respond within 1 business day with one of:

  • Refund — full refund to your original payment method.
  • Replacement — different product better suited to your skin (Hally picks).
  • Routine consult — a 15-minute review with the team to dial in your routine.

What you don't have to do

  • You don't need to send the product back. Skincare is personal — once you've tried it, it's yours.
  • You don't need to "prove" the product didn't work. Your word is enough.
  • You don't need to call within X hours or ship within Y days. 30 days from delivery, full stop.

What's not covered

  • Bundles or sets opened beyond 50% used — we'll honor a partial refund proportional to remaining product.
  • Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable (US Post does not refund us).
  • Allergic reactions — discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Email us so we can refund and document the ingredient flag for our formulation table.

Sale and clearance items

The 30-day guarantee applies to all full-price purchases. Clearance items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
