Lakū ships from New Orleans, Louisiana. Free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Use it to follow the package on the carrier's site.
Lost or stuck packages
Once the carrier picks up the package, transit is in their hands. If your tracker says "delivered" but you don't have it: check with neighbors and the front desk first. If still missing after 48 hours, email info@lakucosmetics.com with your order number — we file the carrier claim and reship.
